Obviously I don’t know the context and am perhaps naïve, but that feels like a bit of a stretch. If it wasn’t sincere it would (I think) be worded differently.
Hi again, Sally - just to confirm, since you haven’t sent anything, that I will be very happy for you to DM me the ‘7 Stages of Legal Process’ that you have been presented with.
That’s very kind of you. I’ll attend to that later.
I keep noticing little details - Yes, my sister made contact with the notaire on the 4th April, according to my lawyers email, but did she actually go to French Inland Revenue with or without him? No idea.
Therefore should I contact French Inland Revenue to find out stats quo and also enquire about my right to appeal about the huge fine imposed on me?
As Bosendorfer pointed out I’ve already taken legal action by having a summons issued whereupon my sister has two months to decide to accept or refuse. After the two months she’s deemed to have accepted. However she can ask the court for more time …
Could I also get in touch with the court for an update?
I had another look at the proposed further legal action. Back to square one it seems rather than following on from what action has already been taken. I will post it if need be upon request.
Don’t contact the tribunal, your legal representative should be the only one doing that and then only for important issues.
Thanks Shiba. Why not? From what I read the French judicial system is very open and will update you on cases.
