We are having it for supper tonight. I made some a month ago and got it out of the freezer yesterday.
Doing just great. Thank you for asking. Just been in for a swim. First time in years I’ve swum in May. The pool has already reached a respectable 28 degrees and after an initial “oh, that’s a bit chilly” it felt just wonderful. For the last few years either the pool has been too cool or if the weather’s been good we’ve had guests using it.
Lovely to have it to ourselves for a few weeks and wash some of the lockdown stress away.

@cat It is cat, thanks. Interestingly whether the house had a pool or not was never a deal breaker when we were looking, but I’m now so grateful it has. To find the money now to install a pool from scratch would be virtually impossible.
