How do I change my surname on French Covid vaccination certificate?

Adding Married name to Vacs Certificate

Following advice published in Connexion that the centre where one was vaccinated could change the Maiden name to married name my wife contacted our MT who did our jabs. He tried but was unable to change it. But he did write on the certificate my wife’s married name, signed it and put his stamp.
