@barbara_deane1 have you had any success yet in engaging your IT helper?
This account (barbara_dean1) seems to be working well for you at the present. Would you perhaps agree to merging your original account with this one, then deleting the original and renaming this one?
It might just resolve the issue for you rather than get bogged down trying to get the original up and running again (and save your nerves).

@barbara_deane1 have you had time to consider the suggestion in the above post yet please, that is for Admin to follow these steps:

to merge your original account Barbaba_Dean with barbara_dean1
-
thereafter delete the Barbara_Dean account
-
then rename barbara_dean1 as Barbara_Dean (your original name)
@james tell me he is willing to spend the time on doing this if you agree but what will not be accepted is continually recreating new accounts. This suggestion appears to be the best solution to preserve your old posts.
So are there 4 accounts? No wonder everyone is confused!

Barbara kept starting new accounts (later deleted) which just added to the confusion

I really can not cope with IT things and do not wish for others to have to bother with it.
