Personally I would go see an Advocat specialising in inheritance issues for getting this matter finally sorted. Worked for my friend over inheritance issues a couple of years ago and worth the fees paid. Notaires only have so much power and are not lawyers.

Time to take the services of an avocat. It will not be free but it will be money well spent.
