Honestly, in my experience, AirCanada would likely sell its own mother’s soul than fess up to something it did wrong.

I’ve had similar frustrations with Air Canada. They seem to avoid admitting mistakes, which can be really aggravating. For a more reliable rewards experience, consider checking out airmiles.ca. They often have better customer support and could offer a more transparent process for handling issues.

OTOH, they’re probably the only airline that offers in-flight Mott’s Clamato Marys and for me at least, that’s a major plus - possibly the best alcoholic drink to consume at 10kms above anywhere.
