In the last couple of weeks I have received six messages saying that my Carte Vitale has expired and to contact a web site. I thought I’d better report this to France Services when I returned home. They just shrugged their shoulders and said delete the messages from your phone. Then went on to say they had recently received several similar reports.
A useful heads-up - but I expect it’s very difficult for anybody official to do anything about such scams as they will most likely originate overseas, and the scam web pages and email addresses are constantly changing. Hence their apparent indifference.

I probably get these monthly. So many scams so many things to delete.
I got a phone call from a number I didn’t recognise yesterday - the answerphone took it - and it was clearly an automated message saying that an error on my health dossier had been discovered, press 1 for…etc
I’ve received a poorly printed letter demanding money (from Medipath ?)
and an SMS telling me to pay my speeding fine now!!!
And the ‘could not deliver your parcel’ one still abounds. The latest ‘from’Evri…
If only the emails I get telling me that $XX,000 have been deposited in my account were true. I get loads of those.
