I have an elderly relative coming to stay who will be returning to the UK by Eurostar. She doesn’t live in London so will have to go from St Pancras to another station to get her train home. She will take a taxi between the two stations but she’s worried about navigating both stations (ie finding the taxi rank then finding the trains when getting out of the taxi).
Has anybody any experience of National Rail’s passenger assist and do you know if they can help with this kind of thing?
I will drop her off at Eurostar so no problem this end although perhaps some help after having checked in might be helpful as well.
