This beautifully presented boat started life in 1920 as a steel hulled Dutch barge. Since then it has been professionally converted into this incredible home. It has a fully operational Leyland Type E181 diesel motor which works perfectly and has been regularly maintained. The boat was fully renovated in dry dock in 2007-2008 and living quarters rebuilt with all new quality fittings, new water, electricity and gas installation was also carried out along with full new double glazing. As you can see from the photos it is a lovely and bright and spacious place to live. There are two double beds, fitted kitchen with gas appliances and full bathroom with corner bath. Heating is via a very capable iron enclosed wood burning stove or also has electric heating. Easy options available for self sufficiency such as solar panels or on board generator at little expense. It currently has an eco waterless toilet but is being sold with a new flushing water toilet kit as well. This boat is fully functional and is 9.80 meters by 3.80 meters.
