Desperate for help on this question

Started as AE about a year ago it got a bit rough and the mortgage arrears mounted up so i finally decided to call it a day before the debts drown me. I was liquidated and tyhe only debt was the mortgage on the house which the liquidator sells and pays the bank but in the current market may take a while.



So my question is how long do i have to wait to start again as AE in a totally different area of business.No fraud was committed and all tax and rsi is paid in full, i cant seem to get a answer from any one. Hope you can help thanks in advance

According to this article: http://autoentrepreneur.fr/redevenir-auto-entrepreneur-apres-radiation if your new activity is in another area of business i.e. with a different APE code, you can immediately create a new auto-entreprise (if it's in the same area of activity you have to wait 2 years).
