Finding job

Hello,Im Ronald,a filipino, planning to move in france this coming december 2024,im a caregiver.
I would like to ask where i can find an employer.thanks

You need to find out about living and working in France as a non EU citizen. Best to start with french embassy/consulate where you live, they might be able to tell you what you need in way of visas, health insurance, qualifications, income level etc and you should also expect to have to speak french to deal with people and bureaucracy, english is not the main language and is not spoken in many homes.

If you don’t have a European nationality then the big hurdle is to get a visa. This link explains them.

However without a job, and an employer applying for a work permit for you then you options are limited, If you are under 30 and find a family who will employ you then you can get a visa as an au-pair (looking after children)

I don’t think this is a legit query Jane.

Someone is “planning” to come from the other side of the World next month to live and work in France and hasn’t done any research? I’d give “Ronald” a snowball’s chance in Hell of pulling that off.

There seems to be more and more of these throwaway queries.

I heard that the Angus Steak House in Piccadilly was the best place to get advice.

Quite possibly not. But among all these ill thought through posts there may be one from a person who is in dire straits and seeking a legitimate way out. So 30 seconds of my time to give them a pointer is ok by me.
