I am using a firestick in Spain with a VPN . Does anybody know why I can’t get ITVX on it but I can on my iPad mini ?

Thanks Chris . I have already been onto many forums and have tried literally every single thing advised , including yours , no joy I’m afraid 
I have two identii=cal firesticks, both with VPN. ITVX works on one, not the other!!!
