Description
Must have “auto-entrepreneur” status.
As a self-employed English teacher, you will plan and teach general English classes to adults in an association. The association offers classes for a variety of leisure activities, but you will be the only language teacher. Most of the students sign up for English classes for leisure and want to have fun. This is self-employed work so the hours are flexible, but the classroom and the students are available mornings and evenings (not afternoons) Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for registering your students for classes. This will include taking phone calls and emails in French, discussing and choosing the appropriate level, managing your class lists, handling registration forms and payments and invoicing the association.
Skills
You must:
- be able to work independently
- be able to plan and prepare your own lessons
- be adaptive to the needs of the students
- be comfortable working in a francophone environment (you must speak French)
Diplomas
minimum TEFL or CELTA
