Kefir grains?

Hi,



Does anyone know where I can get kefir grains from? I have been on a large dose of antibiotics due to getting Lymes disease and wish to dose up on probiotics once finished. I have in the past had Kefir grains and find them great.

I appreciate any advise.

I got them from Davids recomendation above at Kombucha shop and they are working very nicely.
