Interested to read this… as we visited a place in Neuvic many years ago, when they were just setting up. Glad to see their hard work re the environment & fish-friendly methods have been recognised.

We have been buying the black stuff from CROS NOIR, near to our other house at Tursac for several years now, It never fails to stand to muster.

Must confess, it was caviar in various forms and what we tasted was free… but I did buy a very small tin to bring away as a souvenir… delicious. Never bought any since, so they can’t count me as one of their better customers 
just glad their business has been successful.
