Thought I would share this here. We are wrapping up our year in the charming town of Limoux in the south of France and preparing to embark on new adventures in the coming days. The town and the wonderful people we met here will always hold a special place in our hearts.
As a tribute, I created a short music video to share Limoux through my lens. I even created custom music using AI to accompany the video. I never found a video that I felt really showcased Limoux so hopefully I was able to do it justice.

Yes, a nice and delicate overview. But, to be critical, you concentrate too much on Cafe Commerce. You do not include the annual firework show (next w/e btw) that attracts huge numbers, you do not show any of the night time carnival that makes Limoux world famous and you really should try to get a few clips inside one of the blanquette producers. Oh, and feature M. Durand’s Cafe des Arcades - yes the PMU cafe but the best food in town, and as he is the Maire now, he might even pay you handsome royalties for use in their planned promotion campaign! Good luck.
I did have the Commerce in there more than others, very true. It is one of the places I frequented most though. I would have added night-time shots but it’s hard to get decent footage at night, it introduces a lot of noise… and fireworks are everywhere in the world, not very unique IMO. Could have thrown in many more places but I had a 4 minute limit to match it with my song and it was a matter of what looked best. I cut a lot of things out. Maybe next time! But for now, I’m moving on and gone from Limoux. This was my final tribute to the town. Thanks for the advice though. I’ll think about that for the next place I film.
