We have had our Village house for sale in LezignanCorbieres for a couple of years with not a lot of action. Can anyone recommend an Agent who has some drive? Because I am not finding any that seem interested in doing much after the initial listing.
I'm having the same problem near Perpignan and will follow this discussion. We would love to find someone who will do more than put it on their website.
That is great to know they follow up instead of just posting a listing on their site and forgetting all about it 10 minutes later. I will give them a shot.
Suggested them as when we were looking in that area…we contacted them a couple of times, they took all our details. When I wanted to see a house above our given budget, they were very proactive. They said they wouldnt show us the house unless we could prove we had access to the funds. They also sent us properties regularly. Better than anything else I have come across to date!
