A picture would tell all, but maybe you have a three phase supply…?
If there are four terminals on your disjoncteur de branchement, then it’s three phase (triphasé). There will be one neutral & three lives/phases.
If your main tableau is being run just as single phase then you might be experiencing overload tripping, or you have a much bigger supply than you really need.
Pictures, pictures…of the main breaker & the meter, & the tableau with the cover off.
