UK riots, “it's a handful of thugs" myth

Again I request that the Forum controllers permanently delete my account. I thought we/I had some rights???

Or a hood anyway.

That explains so  much.

Request fulfilled.

You should calm down and stop making a fool of yourself. How could your original post and what it advocated be considered in anyway acceptable?

As for voting for Farage, vote for who you want, but Hell will freeze over before he ever becomes PM. He’s a talker, not a doer. A Svengali who fools the gullible and then delivers nothing.

I’ve zapped the account. This comment is interesting though

It’s funny how *he* (or she, perhaps) rages against “control” but wishes to control others, yet fails to see the irony.

I guess they think laws against hate speech are “woke” as well.

Hmm, our vertically challenged corporal was possibly gregca posting under a different account (same IP address) - I’ve flagged that one up to @cat & @james.

Yes, it’s interesting to see the thugs on both sides of that political divide uniting against a common “enemy”. A bit evocative :frowning:

I saw that latterly and thought “Phew”
:rofl::rofl::rofl:
I’ve never felt like that about a Belfast riot before.

I think you are right, I would go as far as to say not black but middle eastern mainly. They have an agenda driven by fake new/information ( because that also suits their ego’s; their peers who have the same lifestyle; pursue the same nuance; which is basically the making themselves big, justifying actions to egg on others and think its fun. If one disagrees with the tribe, they’re ridiculed and out. If they live in the same neighbourhood they will be cast out, and not probably brave enough to stand on their own 2 feet. and this is a small part of it.

Clearly that commenter doesn’t know anything.
They missed out “be on strike” from that list.

Didn’t the French do something extreme with barges?

No, the Tory government, Bibby Stockholm

Couldn’t agree more. Festering for years and inflamed by May’s hostile environment and then Patel, Braverman, et al.

Edit: Looking like a spectator sport now…:frowning:

What gets me is when I see the PM saying that he will counter the violence, in part, by allowing police forces to share information.
Has he not heard about the Police National Computer ??

Have you heard of a government IT system that isn’t an absolute pile of dung and operated by crooks or morons?
