, now you could get your hands around my waste when sucking in so cannot be much there anymore. Those fancy body fat scales say something similar although not known for being that accurate. I will probably have an mri dexa scan done just to verify but waste has remained down by 5" so very happy. I may ask for a cardio angiogram, the non invasive one to check for artery narrowing, calcium one was clear.
