Not a very PC comment from Chris Bryant;

There isn’t a government.”
But it did remind me of a little painting I picked up in Italy some years ago;
I like the Swiss system. Referenda on everything and a civil service which just makes it happen. I don’t think the average Swiss could name a Swiss politician.
Or there’s Belgium which often can’t decide who’s running the place for up a year, but everything keeps working.

There was indeed manhandling in the British seat of power
It will be interesting to see if they lose the whip before the leadership election as they would then be ineligible to vote!
Would that cause a further revolt?
