Our cat, Tigra (after the car not the animal) eats Gigi’s food in addition to her own and I’m sure Gigi would eat Tigra’s food if she could reach it.
But I don’t think this is about taste or flavour, more to do with rivalry and jealousy. We have a similar problem with the paniers because both want to be in the original one that they used to happily share when tiny.

Yes, but I am six months out from the big move, so not much to do right now. Luckily, my existing vet is a USDA-certified vet (I live rural, he works on tons of farm animals) so it will not be tough to get that paperwork when needed. I have their adoption documents as well as DNA documents just in case there are any questions about their “pedigrees” (laughable, as they are both multi-mutts).

that reminds me I need to get both of mine their crates. They already hang out in the ones here, but these are not up to the required snuff.
