Before President-elect Donald Trump has even taken office, incredible things are happening not just in America itself, but around the world. Opposing sides in wars are realising that they have to start talking because if they can’t make peace themselves, peace will be imposed upon them. At home, woke-ism is disappearing before our very eyes. No new woke measures are being announced. It’s all gone very quiet. We are about to witness a revolution and a resurgence in the American spirit. A golden age.

I see no evidence of that, the war criminal Netanyahoo is still killing children daily, his mate, the war criminal Putin, is still destroying civilian lives in his colonial war to rebuild Catherine the Great’s empire.
Meanwhile the Orange escapee is planning to kit America out with the most unsuitable appointees to run that sad country.

I agree that there are some signs of hope in America.
But what has possessed Biden to authorise the use of U.S. supplied long-range missiles by Ukraine (i.e. Nato) to strike even deeper inside Russia, making the US a party to the conflict, instead of putting a stop to it all.

Which would make Americans no different to most folks in the Middle, Near and Far East.
Isn’t that a reasonable balance? We discuss a large variety of topics, from music to film, tv, astronomy, cars, motorbikes, cookery, humour and so on.

Woke is what I did just beore lunchtime. It also means to have awareness of social injustices and systemic discrimination and to actively advocate for equality, inclusion, and the rights of marginalized communities.
Explain the problem with woke for a simple soul like me.
